In collaboration with The Property Works
Barnhill Place is a luxury housing development based in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Working with The Property Shop, who developed the brand and print collateral, I designed and built a bespoke Wordpress based website to allow users to view the development, download floor plans and register interest.
Tying in with the Barnhill Place brand identity, the site allowed users to also view amenities and transport options in the nearby locality. I designed and animated supporting graphic elements for those sections, based on the printed versions.
The site was designed and built with a mobile-first approach, allowing for clear navigation and functionality on mobile devices without losing any of the high quality feel of the site.
The site also featured fully interactive VR walkthrough showrooms, supplied by a 3D studio working off the floor plans. This allowed potential buyer to experience the development while building was in progress.
Working in collaboration with the Property Shop, the site successfully conveyed the high quality of the development and allowed the user to access plans and specifications of the houses and apartments. They could also find information about local transport and amenities and register their interest.
The site was an essential step in the marketing process, with all of the properties sold within a six months of launch.
